Swinging launch bodyandmind.amsterdam!

Music, tea, cookies,… Today we are very busy on our headquarters to fill goodiebags for the big day tomorrow! Bodyandmind.amsterdam will then be officially launched in Club Lite: a really good Friday. We celebrate the launch and go dancing into Spring! Are you joining us?

Spring party

We like to party: celebrate what you can! We are celebrating the launch of bodyandmind.amsterdam in full swing with the Spring as theme! So dress up in your Spring dress and high heels tomorrow night or come on your bare feet and dance with us into Spring. We start the evening at 7:30 pm with a biodanzaworkshop by Lyan and Vera.

In a biodanzaworkshop – also called ‘vivencia’ – you dance in a group. The first part consists of active dance with lots of rhythm and movement. Next comes a quieter part to deepen and relax. While dancing you are looking for your own dance steps and move the way you want. You create your movement from your feelings. Dancing brings you out of your mind, into your body, being present in the here-and-now. And then you’re ready for the rest of the evening!

Program

Our website will be launched at 9 pm in a special way. After the launch you can dance until 2 am. The nice grooves of DJ Shanto and beautiful images of VJ Zanne will make our launch a vibrant party!

Throughout the evening, there are several acts and information stands.

And more suprises…For the entire program (including Biodanza workshop) you only pay € 10. You can also buy a ticket at the box office on the night itself. Please note that the amount of tickets is limited!
