Since a while now I try to start my day with a half an hour yoga. Just, at home. Waking up in peace and quiet, stretching my body. I just remember a few exercises of the lessons that I follow and voilá. But I have to admit that it is a bit quiet at home with no people around me. And therefore I went looking for some nice music to use while doing these yoga exercises. I was in doubt between a few good indie tunes, or some really laid back tunes. So I’m putting it to the test! For this blog I made a playlist yoga with relaxed numbers; What do you think of it? Does it work for you?
